UN Convention, on October 31, 2003, signed a resolution number 58 / 4 states December 9 every year as the world's anti-corruption day. Seven of the ten most corrupt countries in the world are in Europe and seven of the ten countries of the world's worst damage was in Africa. This tells us that corruption has been done with the standard of living.
