Stadium designer is Dr Saud Abdul Ghani, head of the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Qatar has presented the design and construction of an artificial cloud that can make the shade and cool the room is open (field) to be used in the 2022 World Cup in Doha. Stadium-making project will be implemented in cooperation with the Qatar Science and Technology Park.
